The MCBA Academy
Thousands of practice questions. Over a thousand flashcards. Timed mock tests, full MCQ and FRQ practice for AP Micro and Macro, and every DECA event broken down indicator by indicator.
One place to do the work
The Academy is the members-only side of MCBA, and it is big. Thousands of scored questions. Over a thousand flashcards. Timed mock tests and mock competition rounds. Full multiple-choice and free-response practice for AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics. A study library that feeds every competition at once, a breakdown of every event in all six DECA clusters, a portfolio simulator running on real market history, and a data analytics center that trains you to read the news like an analyst.
It exists because competition prep usually looks like a shared drive full of PDFs. Here every question explains itself, every wrong answer points at the material that covers it, and progress is visible to the student and to whoever is coaching them.
Access comes with membership, whether you join through a chapter at your school or sign up on your own.

Why it is built this way
Four decisions that shaped the whole thing.
Built against the real formats
Every practice test, mock round, and case mirrors the event it prepares you for: its timing, its question style, and what its judges actually score. Nothing here is a general business course with a competition label on it.
A wrong answer leads somewhere
Every question carries its explanation and a link back to the guide, deck, or topic that covers it. Getting one wrong is the start of the next thing you study rather than a mark against you.
One body of content, many competitions
Topics are tagged by competition, so studying elasticity or credit once counts everywhere it applies. You are not asked to learn the same idea four times in four places.
Progress you can actually see
Completion, points, and badges are tracked per resource, so a member knows what is done, a chapter lead knows where the team stands, and neither has to guess in the week before a competition.
How to get in
The Academy opens with membership. There are two ways to have one.
Through a chapter
Join the MCBA chapter at your school, or start one if there is not one yet. Chapter membership is billed per student with a volume discount, and your chapter lead can see how the team is progressing before a competition.
On your own
No chapter at your school and not ready to start one? Sign up as an individual member and the same Academy opens for you, with the same progress tracking and the same competition prep.
The prep is already built. Come use it.
Every competition MCBA prepares for has its own area inside the Academy, and every member gets all of them.
